Free Plein Air Experience:
Yorklands Green Hub invites all creative people in the Guelph area as – artists, photographers, and other media people to attend a free “Plein Air” experience at 785 York Road (the old Ontario Reformatory) on June 6 (rain date June 7) from 11am to 4pm. Come and be inspired! The event will provide participating artists with the opportunity to create art surrounded by nature.
What is unique about this activity? Hundreds of acres of fields, trees, ponds, trails and heritage buildings for you to explore, only minutes from downtown. Instead of relying on memory or photographs, artists will capture this spectacular landscape, immersed in the magical beauty of rolling hills, meadows, old stone walls, tumbling creeks, large ponds, and the Eramosa River. This pastoral backdrop will spark your inspiration and creativity. Visit https://guelpharts.ca/uncategorized/plein-air-yorklands-green-hub for more information and to register.
